Real-time working-time compliance

Tidvis automatically checks daily rest (11 hours), weekly rest and the EU 48-hour maximum, the moment you drag a new shift onto the schedule — before it's saved. Handle Kommunal and Fremia agreements per person or team. SMS-based substitute requests are included, so you find cover without calling around.

Digital time reporting with BankID

The assistant opens the app, sees a suggestion based on the schedule and confirms with BankID directly on their phone. Tidvis generates FK3059 and FK3057 automatically and verifies everything before submitting to Försäkringskassan. No manual file handling, no after-the-fact corrections.

Payroll without file imports

All time, allowances, absence and expenses are pulled automatically from time reporting. Full sync with Crona, or a payroll file to Hogia, SD Worx, Flex and Kontek — without manual file handling or Excel reconciliation.

Journals and documentation

Daily notes, care plans and incident reports are linked to the right client and shift. Everything is signed with BankID. History is preserved and searchable — important during IVO inspections and follow-up of granted services.

Finance per client

Track revenue and cost per client as soon as the schedule is built. The forecast view of future payroll and decision balances shows whether you're about to exceed granted hours, before it happens — not after month-end reconciliation.

Adapted to Fremia and VF agreements

Collective agreement rules for Fremia (formerly KFO) and Vårdföretagarna are built in. Sick-pay deductions, vacation-qualifying absence, comp-time and municipal forms are handled automatically — without you having to keep track of each agreement's detailed rules.

Is Tidvis approved by Försäkringskassan?

Yes. Tidvis is approved by Försäkringskassan for electronic time reporting and BankID signing, both under the older system and the current one via Försäkringskassan's API.

Does Tidvis handle collective agreements like Kommunal and Fremia?

Can assistants report time directly on their phone?

Yes. Assistants log in to the Tidvis app, see their schedule, confirm their time and sign with BankID — all on mobile. No paperwork required.

How long does it take to get up and running with Tidvis?
