Meet Adam Hjort – the new CEO of Tidvis
Adam Hjort joins as CEO of Tidvis in May 2026 with over a decade of SaaS experience, a founder's mindset, and a clear vision of what it takes to build a company that actually matters. We sat down with him to get to know the man behind the title.

You have worked in SaaS for over ten years – doing everything from founding to VP roles. How did you end up at Tidvis?
It is actually quite simple. Tidvis operates in an industry that is genuinely important – personal assistance is about people's everyday lives, their freedom, and their dignity. And yet, it is a sector with tight margins, tough administration, and little room for error. There is a real problem to be solved there.
I have always been drawn to companies where the product actually makes a difference and where there is more to build. Tidvis is exactly that.
Who is Adam Hjort – for those who don't know you?
Originally from Boden, now a Stockholmer. 4 children and a partner. I studied Economics and Chinese at Lund University, with a year at Shanghai Jiao Tong University in the middle. Since then, it has been a fairly broad journey through the SaaS world – founder, salesperson, product manager, CS leader, advisor. Most recently at Storykit as Customer Success Director for three years.
I thrive at the intersection of customers, product, and growth – that is where things happen.
What did you feel when you first stepped into Tidvis?
Respect, actually. Tidvis has a long history in this industry and has built genuine trust with its customers. It is a company that has delivered for many years – not a company looking for its place. You can see it in how customers talk about the product and in the loyalty of those who use it daily.
The team has lived this industry from the inside. They understand the complexities of LSS (Swedish law for support to people with disabilities) and personal assistance in a way you can't just read about. That is an incredible asset.
And I am humble about that. I bring experience in how to build commercial engines and scale SaaS – but that is not the same as understanding everything about an industry you just entered. That learning is ongoing, and it is one of the most enjoyable parts of the job.
What do you want to change – what is your first priority?
I want to take Tidvis into the future. The product is strong and customers love it – but there is so much more to gain if we work smarter. AI is changing what a small company can achieve, and I want us to take that seriously. Not as a buzzword, but as a way to give the team more time for what actually requires a human presence.
Then, of course, I want more people to find us. There are assistance companies out there struggling with administration that Tidvis already solves – they shouldn't have to do that.
How do you want it to feel to work with you?
I want people to have fun and feel that they are developing by working with me. Not because I have all the answers – I don't – but because I ask the right questions and create space for people to grow. I have high expectations, but I am not afraid to say when I am wrong.
Fun, high tempo, and clarity. Something like that.
Final question: is there something unexpected about Adam Hjort?
I have won the Chinese floorball championship and worked as a chef.
Adam Hjort took office as CEO of Tidvis in May 2026. Tidvis is a vertical SaaS company that helps actors within personal assistance, LSS (Swedish law for support to people with disabilities) housing, and home care to manage scheduling, time reporting, and payroll management – and give time back to what actually matters.
