Tidvis now has AI support for daily notes. The idea is simple but the impact is significant: the assistant writes or dictates what happened during the shift, using free text or speech, the AI suggests a complete, coherent note in seconds, and the assistant edits and approves it before it is saved. What previously could feel like a hurdle—formulating an entire paragraph of text after a long shift—is now just a couple of sentences and a click.

This gain is most noticeable where it matters most: in the moment. A note written immediately after the shift, while details are still fresh, is better than one postponed until the evening or the weekend when the memory has already faded.
